If you're slow to provide feedback, aren't clear in your feedback or your videos are particularly complex or need a lot of editing, this will affect how many videos we can produce for you.

By following our system and once your editor gets a feel for your style and you grow trust in their creative judgment, the amount you can produce each month can increase.

It's pretty simple, here's how it works. Submitting 10 requests today doesn't mean completion by tomorrow. But with unlimited requests, your editor will work on your queue every business day. And if revisions are needed, no problem - you unlimited changes so you can get things just right. Keep your queue full to maximize your subscription or add another subscription for even more edits per day.

We aim to deliver your first draft within 1-3 business days. If your videos are particularly complex such as having a lot of b-roll, in those cases, we’ll inform you if the turnaround will be longer.

Revisions typically take 1 day.

You could get multiple videos edited at the same time if you take up another subscription.

All of our editors are in-house professionals who are regularly assessed for quality and efficiency. As part of the hiring process, they go through a rigorous bootcamp where their creative and editing skills are tested.

If you'd like a number of videos worked on simultaneously by multiple editors, then you can purchase an additional account. Simply tell one of our sales reps and they’ll set you up during your demo call.

During the final week of the year, we take a company-wide break for Christmas and New Year. All clients receive advanced notice of the exact days and dates we take off as the break nears.
We also observe and don’t work on the following Philippine Public Holidays.

At the moment, we can only render final videos in 1080p. If you've filmed 4k footage, we can edit it if you can provide us with proxy files.

Most of our customers submit proxy files so it’s easier to upload, download, and to work with their editor. In those cases, we can also submit the Premiere Project Files back to you so you can link all the final videos.

We use Adobe Premiere Pro. We also can provide you with the Premiere Project file if you prefer to add some finishing touches to your videos on your side.

Yes, we can definitely do that! Most customers have this request.

You can request one main export (formatted in 16:9 aspect ratio for widescreen viewing) and up to 5 additional bonus exports.

For the Eskimo Plan, we can accept a maximum of 40GB of raw footage, 30 minutes raw footage and assets per project.

You retain all copyrights to the content produced through us and will even provide you with all working files.
